Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone number and what you bought. Payment is handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your full card number.

Contact details you give us: an email address for the list, or the message you send through the contact form.

Usage data: pages viewed and general location, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.

To take payment, ship your order, answer your questions and, if you have asked for it, send you email we think is worth your time.

Only the services that make the order work: our store and payment platform, our courier and our email provider. They may store data outside New Zealand. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics and marketing cookies only load after you accept them in the banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Order records are kept for seven years as required for tax. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Every email we send carries a one click unsubscribe.
